REFRESH Men's Experience
A 12-Month, 3-Phase Experience
Refresh is not your typical recovery program. Our focus is on helping men be true to themselves. To identify and operate in their strengths & to pursue lives of purpose, passion & joy.
To find order within. To live in the world, but not be undone by the world.
To learn practical skills needed to live successfully at home, work, and in life.
To learn and practice exemplary work ethics, to function as part of a team successfully.
To practice healthy lifestyle habits to support their goals.
To work with a licensed counselor, dietitian, physician, dentist, and mentor to identify and make significant progress toward life goals.
And yes, to navigate the difficult transitions on the road to complete recovery with a group of individuals with similar goals and challenges.
Men completing The REFRESH Experience will have been provided the opportunity, practice, experience, and support needed to sustain positive choices and relationships.
This is not a medical program. We are here to assist and support positive life choices and to encourage men to live life with Purpose, Passion & Joy.
